Upon receiving a client’s service request, the company will schedule an appointment to conduct an on-site assessment and preliminary room planning as detailed below:

1. The design team and technicians will conduct an on-site evaluation of the space and room layout.

2. The design team will develop the initial design and plan within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity and client requirements.

3. Clients are entitled to one complimentary design revision. Additional revisions will incur fees based on the scope of the changes.

4. Upon final approval of the design, a service agreement will be executed, and a deposit of 50% of the net service fee is required.

5. The technical team will commence the decoration work, with an estimated completion time of 1 to 2 months.

6. Upon project completion, the client will conduct a final inspection and approve the work, followed by payment of the remaining 50% balance.
